You can return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 90 days of delivery, with return postage provided at no cost.
Warranty
Warranty
Our silk quilts come with a 3-year warranty from the original purchase date, covering eligible manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
This may include faulty stitching, seams, zippers, ties or loops, and defects in the silk filling or outer cover. Fraying or tearing is covered where it results from a manufacturing defect.
If you experience a problem during the warranty period, please contact us so we can assess it and help resolve it.
