Shipping Cost
- Standard Delivery – FREE on all orders
- Express Delivery - $15 per order
Order Processing and Dispatch
In most cases, if you place an order before 12 pm Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched the same day. Orders that are placed after 12 pm and during weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
In some cases, order processing may take 1-2 days, but we make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Time
We ship all over Australia from our Melbourne warehouse using Australia Post and several trusted courier services, whoever offers the fastest and most cost-effective option to deliver your order at the time of dispatch.
Shipping times depend on your location and the chosen delivery method. The average transit time is:
- 1-3 business days to capital cities
- 2-8 business days to regional Australia
The shipping time estimates do not include order processing time.
Please note, shipping can take up to 2 weeks (or even longer) during busy sale periods. If your order is time critical, please select express delivery at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with live tracking information, enabling you to view the status of your order and even contact your Courier directly if required.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside Australia.
